Leadership and Governance

The institute is being established by Stephen Kovach. Confirmed governing directors and scholarly advisers will be listed here with their consent. The governing board oversees mission, finances, executive accountability, and conflicts of interest. Scholarly advisers contribute academic guidance without automatically exercising governance authority.
