Refunds and Cancellations

Before enrollment, each course displays its refund window, access period, prerequisites, minimum enrollment, and cancellation conditions. The institute provides a full refund if it cancels a course. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals; treatment of previous charges is governed by the terms accepted at purchase and applicable law. Contact the institute for errors or refund requests. Course-specific terms must be approved before paid enrollment opens.
